Quality Control / QC Inspection Process

Quality Control System

A three-stage QC system — incoming, in-process and final inspection — governed by AQL sampling standards across every production run.

Overview

Our QC system is organized around three checkpoints so defects are caught close to their source rather than only at final inspection. For the specific tests run at each checkpoint (drop test, electrical safety, etc.), see our Testing & Inspection page.

Process

How It Works

01

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Raw materials and components inspected against spec before entering production.

02

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Line inspectors check assembly at defined checkpoints during the production run.

03

Final Quality Control (FQC)

100% or AQL-sampled inspection of finished units before packing.

04

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final AQL-sampled inspection of packed cartons before container loading.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What AQL level do you inspect to by default?

AQL 2.5 is our standard level; buyers requiring tighter defect tolerances (e.g. AQL 1.0) can request this at an additional inspection cost.

Can I send my own third-party inspector?

Yes, buyers are welcome to arrange independent third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) alongside our internal QC process.
