What Changes After 3-4 Order Cycles

By the third or fourth reorder, communication typically becomes more direct, quality issues (if any) have usually been identified and resolved, and pricing conversations shift from quote negotiation to volume-tier planning — a meaningful shift worth expecting rather than assuming happens after one order.
